Production Process

This model adopts horizontal design structure, single-needle servo motor completes the angle thread hooking action, programmable controller, man-machine interface can set the jump height of the thread package, slot by slot, slot skip, and fancy binding. It is suitable for stators with multiple height specifications and heavier iron cores; a movable, liftable, and rotatable device is used for loading; it is convenient and quick to bind the stator for taking and placing, which effectively reduces the work intensity of the operator.
