Production Process

Manually loose lamination weighing→ Putting truss into turntable→ Robot loading→ Into tooling→ Die-casting→ Casted rotor out of tooling→ Putting into integrated machine→ Weighing, marking codes, inspecting and stamping→ Putting into pressing machine→ False shaft pulling out→ Oil spraying→ Pick and load real shaft→ Putting pressure head→ Pressing real shaft→ Taking out pressure head→ Unload rotor to finished box

Machine Features

The film processing table adopts stainless steel panel with smooth surface. The sliding fixture can slide easily on its surface. There are safety fences around to prevent the fixture from falling.



The worker took the dummy shaft, installed it on the sliding fixture and began to install the loose pieces. When the lamination is close to the requirements, slide the sliding fixture onto the electronic scale. When the weight meets the requirements, push the sliding fixture into the positioning frame. When both fixtures are in place, the worker presses the start button, and the feeding truss will install the dummy shaft and iron core into the storage turntable. Enter the automation step
