This stator line is mainly suitable for the production of EV motor stators; the whole line is highly automatic and adopts advanced design schemes. The whole line integrates slot insulation paper inserting, laser marking, coil winding and inserting, pre-forming, phase paper inserting, Star spot welding, middle forming, double-sided lacing, final forming, terminal welding, stator testing, NG rework, stator unloading functions.
This flexible production line is a new stator production line, which is intellectualized, automatic and informational in one. It features time changing time for whole line within 2 hours.
