In the spring of 2020, Chairman Mr. Xi Jinping, visited Lingfeng Industrial Park during an inspection tour of Zhejiang Province. He lauded the private enterprises and SMEs in the park, praising their "ingenuity, vitality, and remarkable resilience in navigating challenges while forging self-reliant growth."

Home to 88 enterprises—including 74 large-scale enterprises, 10 national-level "Little Giant" firms (specialized, refined, and innovative SMEs), and 40 high-tech companies—the park specializes in die-casting molds and automotive supply chains. Since early 2024, its enterprises have been operating at full capacity to meet surging global demand.
Governance-Driven Growth
Li Menglong, Deputy Minister of Beilun Authority's Organization Department, emphasized cross-sector collaboration: "By establishing partnerships between leading enterprises and upstream/downstream SMEs, we create a symbiotic ecosystem where industry giants catalyze smaller players' growth."
Global Supply Chain Hub
Beilun’s automotive cluster now spans motors, chassis, drive systems, and interiors, exporting to over 15 countries including the U.S., Germany, and Japan. The district’s mature supply networks and pro-business policies recently attracted NIDE Tech, which relocated here in March 2024.
"Overseas expansion and R&D investments fueled our 50% YoY output growth in 2024," said President of NIDE Tech, Mr. Qifa Lin. "We target another 50%+ surge this year."
Leadership Vision
Senior Policy Leader of Ningbo Municipality and Chief Administrator of Beilun District, Pan Yinhao outlined a three-pronged strategy:
- Optimize industrial clusters via "chain governance"
- Develop a "talent matrix" for tech innovation
- Strengthen port-driven "dual-circulation" economic models
"Like a vessel harnessing favorable winds, Beilun will integrate openness with innovation to navigate global economic currents," Pan concluded.
