On June 28, 2024, the grand opening ceremony of the new headquarters of Nide Group, "A New Era of NIDE", was solemnly held at No. 169, Wohushan Road, Beilun, Ningbo, China. Mr. Lin Qifa, President of Nide Group, Mr. Chen Jinyuan, director of the local jurisdiction, Mr. Katayama Kanaya, President of Nidec China, Dr. Niu Mingkui, President of Founder Motor, along with leaders from numerous chambers of commerce in Zhejiang and Fujian, and nearly 200 distinguished guests, including the heads of Nide Group's global subsidiaries, clients, and agents, attended the ceremony.
In the afternoon, President Lin delivered a speech to the guests in the headquarters' auditorium. He provided a detailed overview of the new headquarters, new campus, and the overall profile of NIDE Group:
The new headquarters is located in Beilun Lingfeng Industrial Park, a key industrial area highly valued by the Beilun Government. The Park aims to become a pioneer in modern industrial community governance in China, a model for advanced global manufacturing, a demonstration area for Ningbo's "246" trillion-level industries, and a beautiful and innovative industrial park integrating port, industry, city, and human resources.
The total investment of the Nide construction project is 150 million yuan, which took 28 months. The building area is 46,000 square meters, and the production area is 31,000 square meters. The office area can accommodate nearly 600 employees; once fully operational, the plant can deliver over 200 motor production lines to global motor equipment clients annually, with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan.
The highly intelligent new NIDE factory integrates cutting-edge international smart technology and production equipment. NIDE is a leader in R&D, production, and delivery of winding and inserting machines, multi-wire winding machines, three nozzles winding machine, UAV motor production line, and flat wire motor production line. In response to the motor demands in new energy vehicles, drones, and household appliances, NIDE is committed to providing customers with fully automated, digital, intelligent, and flexible motor production solutions.
NIDE operates under a group structure, with the parent company NIDE Technology overseeing three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Zhejiang Nuode, Jiangsu Benge and Nide International. Nide International was established in 2007, marking the beginning of NIDE's journey, focusing on motor components. In 2010, NIDE Machinery was founded, officially entering the motor equipment business. In 2013, Jiangsu Benge was established, producing induction motor stator equipment. In 2018, Zhejiang Nuode was founded to produce motor stators, rotors and motor assembly. In recent years, NIDE has expanded its overseas market presence, forming strategic partnerships with Nide India, Nide USA, and Nide WinTech Italy, providing strong support for quickly and efficiently resolving after-sales issues for overseas clients. Currently, NIDE products are sold in more than 50 countries and regions worldwide.
NIDE focuses on the automation, informatization, digitalization, and intelligent integration of motor stator, rotor and complete machine production lines, gradually becoming a one-stop solution provider for motor design, manufacturing and project consulting. President Lin stated that in the face of various market challenges, NIDE will continue to innovate. In recent years, NIDE Group has successively implemented systems such as ERP, PLM, and Athena, optimizing project management processes and laying a solid foundation for standardized processes to expand broader market boundaries. President Lin also introduced the five major fields, eight applications, nine checkpoints, and 23 control nodes in NIDE's motor market project management.

Mr. Vitaly Tsyganov, Chairman of OSTEC Russia, presented President Lin with a precious gift. Mr. Soni Singh of Nide India, Dr. Niu Mingkui, President of Founder Motor, and Ms. Wang Jing of Tofine Automation also delivered passionate speeches, recalling the partnership and growth shared with NIDE.
The group management team led the guests and suppliers on a tour of the headquarters campus. Guests visited key areas, including the NIDE exhibition hall, office area, induction motor production line, brushless motor production line, DC motor production line, rotor die-casting production line, hairpin motor production line, and mid-drive motor production line, gaining in-depth insight into NIDE’s motor manufacturing equipment, project management system, and company history. All attending guests highly praised NIDE’s corporate philosophy, company management, technical R&D, and production line equipment, further strengthening their confidence in deepening cooperation with NIDE. NIDE’s management and the attending guests took a group photo, capturing a historically significant and memorable moment.
