- Green Manufacturing Technologies: By introducing SMC's compact design and low-carbon solutions, the energy consumption structure of NIDE Tech's existing production lines will be optimized, aiming to reduce carbon emissions per production line by more than 10%, in response to national “dual carbon” strategic goals.
- Global Market Synergy: Leveraging SMC's global sales network (including branches in India, the United States, and Europe) and NIDE Tech's overseas layout, the two companies will jointly expand the international market for new energy vehicle motor equipment and automation systems.
